I got my cell phone taken away because I got a C+. My step-dad thinks that I have to have all A's and B's. I don't think it is fair getting it taken away over one C+. I want to get my grades up but the end of school is tomorrow. What is a good way to fix my grades or get my cell phone back?

I've noticed that different cell phones access signals better or worse than others. My new verizon samsung phone doesn't pull in the signal as good as my old audiovox phone. Since I'm getting ready to dump verizon I'll be able choose which I want.
